With a passion for anatomy and physiology, Karen Lehman chose a career path that led her to becoming an APRN.
“The reason I love being an APRN is because of the countless ways we can help improve one’s quality of life, whether it’s providing emergent treatment or having honest discussion with patients and families about the future,” she said.
Her specialty is in family medicine through training and experience in acute care and emergency medicine.
When she’s not at work, you’ll find Karen running, hiking, reading, coaching gymnastics, hanging out with her two children and watching Nebraska Husker football with her husband and family. She’s from Howells, Nebraska, but has settled down in Kansas.
